My skin has acne scars...need to get rid of in a week?

my skin is so smooth now and i dont have acne anymore, but i do have acne scars left by the acne. ive had them before and they gradually went away, but im not sure how long it took cuz i never aimed to get rid of them. but now im older and i have a boyfriend and i want to look my best around him even tho he doesnt care. i just want to get rid of them. and they're dark brown and i have a yellowish tone, so it stands out. ugh! how to get rid of it fast? can drinking lots of water and green tea and using shea butter everyday help make it disappear?

i have the same problem, except mine are reddish. people keep telling me to not worry about it because they eventually disappear when your skin fully peels and grows new skin. but unforutunately it might take up to a year or more to do so. There are creams I think that would help minimize the scars or even make up would help cover blemishes!

i can understand that it is probably embarassing, but just like acne, it will take some time to fade away, but don't worry though :)
