How to remove acne scars?

i'm a 14 year old girl with severe acne scars.

i went to a dermatologist and he claimed that there is nothing, except surgery, that will get rid of my acne scars.

i doubt this is true.

so does anyone have any good reccomendations?

of course the cheapest and fastest solution would be the best.
How to remove acne scars?
My 13-year-old daughter has acne and already has scars. Her doctor has told her that a way to get rid of them is to get laser treatments. The thing is, they aren't cheap but they definitely are more permanent than trying to cover them up with makeup or getting collagen injections to fill them out.
How to remove acne scars?
maybe try some coverup
Reply:brown paper bag all over your cuz your cover in them
Reply:im not quite sure, try getting a tan, i think they will be less noticeable thats what im gonna do
Reply:I'm 14 too and I even though I have mild acne scars, they still make me self conscience. Try asking your doctor about Pro-Active. It helps alot of people but don't be disappointed if it doesn't work. I don't think it's going to hurt to try it.
Reply:vitamin e oil, you can get it pretty much anywhere, when i was 3 i was hit by a car and i have gross scars on my legs and ankle but i put vitamin e oil on them every night for 6 months and it was a miracle, definetly give it a try!!!!!!!

Oh and when you are buying it, turn the bottle up and down to see how thick it is, the thicker the better and quicker it will work! I hope this helped!
Reply:Yeah the dr wants your money for sure...I have acne scars as well and I am in my 30's...I just started to use this stuff from Mary Kay tho and it is working!!! 2 of them are gone and the ones around my chin are fading as well...it has only been 1 week too...it is called Even Complexion Essence.
Reply:Scars can be removed by massaging cocoa butter, shea butter, Vitamin E oil or taking capsules. More home remedies are listed at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/stretchmarks...
Reply:try this remedy:

boiled water, fresh parsley, let it cool down, keep it in the fridge, use it as a tonic, morning and evening, it will even the skin tone, clear the skin, and if u add some rose water to it it will minimize the pores. I've been doing this since i was 12, and now I'm 36 and it still works with me, and with my daughters 2.
Reply:That doctor is a liar, find another one. I've used hydroquine and Tri-Luma (prescription medicines) and cocoa butter. They are working for me, but the results aren't immediate. You can use cover up in the meantime.
