What really heals acne scars?

Besides all those crazy expensive treatments what really heals acne scars. I go to a lady who has cleared up my acne and does all sorts of junk creams and microdermabrasion on my face to clear up my scars but it isn't really doing all that much or anything at all. What is a cheap and inexpensive way that REALLY works on this stuff?

I used to use honey adn my friends say my scars heal pretty well. People say if regularly apply 100% aloe vera gel to your face then it can help with old scars and prevent new ones. Also lemon juice can seriously help. if you apply during the day make sure to wear sunscreen. One thing that I am going to try now is rose hip oil. There are also lactic acid peels. go on ebay and search and then read the sellers feedback.

Reply:well i have heard many people say pure honey , you put it on at night and clears it up and makes scarring less visibal...good luck
Reply:I am not sure, just eat a ton of veggies and fruits, and 10 glasses of water a day.

Also put sunscreen on the scars, because the sun can make the acne scars worse.

Reply:For shallow acne scars, see your doctor or a dermatologist %26amp; ask about Retin-A or Differin. These products stimulate collagen production %26amp; promote cell turnover.

I've used both of these products %26amp; they helped minize my shallow acne marks. I prefer Differin because it is a bit easier on my skin.
Reply:Bio-Oil helps improve the appearance of all scar types. Bio-Oil is also highly effective in helping to maintain the elasticity of scar tissue on joints and other high-mobility areas.

Bio-Oil should be massaged in a circular motion into the scar and surrounding skin twice daily for a minimum of 3 months. Younger scars have a greater chance of improvement within a shorter time period, however scars that are older will also benefit from the regular use of Bio-Oil. On new scars, Bio-Oil should be applied only once the wound has healed and should never be used on broken skin.
Reply:Hi Brandon,

Your best bet would be to check out

http://usefulresources.info/natural-acne...

This is one of the very few products out there which really treats the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural and endorsed by doctors and herbalists.

I've literally wasted hundreds on other "miracles" but this one is highly efficient and that's what only counts for me. It should also help you get rid of your acne in a breeze.

Hope that helps.

All the best,

Melinda
