Acne Scars?

I used to have acne, and now all i have is the scars from it. Is there any product, or homemade remedy that you would suggest using?

vitamin a pills have collagen that helps with scars. i have them too from acne and it helps. or u can drink zinc they r really cheap too. just pure vitamin a and zinc.

Sorry, I don't know any products or home remedies to rid you of acne scars but I do know of a procedure that's sort of expensive but its 100% effective for minor scars. It's called microdermabrasion and it works extremely well for stretch marks too. It works by exfoliating the top layer of your skin, within 2 to 3 days your skin will start peeling and you will have fresh skin that is really firm because collagen builds up after you remove the dead scarred tissue. Warning: it does sting a little when the skin starts to peel but it goes away after all the skin is completely off. I couldn't have been more happy after this procedure, which only cost me $200. I thought about doing it again for scarring on my arms. I'll just have to work more hours to have the extra money. If you're in the St. Louis, MO area I can recommend my dermatologist for it. Good luck to you. I forgot to mention the procedure is fairly quick and completely painless. It's like getting a massage for your face, then the peeling begins a day or two later.
Reply:scars do not go away. They may fade over time, but that is it.

i use St.Ives acne control apricot scrub to exfoliate the top layer of skin and after my face feels REALLY smooth and the scars fade
