Anybody have any tried and true remedies for acne scars?

Short of lasers maybe, I'm not sure those scars ever go away. You need to see a Dermatologist to be sure.

Reply:The dermatologist can inject your scars with steroids to reduce them as well as give you a topical cream. Check with one
Reply:I recently saw a TV commercial for scar reduction called Mediderm (spelling??) check it out.
Reply:I finally went to see a derm. in April, she prescribed Obagi ($425.00). My acne scars have diminished, although new pimples keep popping out like usual. Oh, and the oiliness has diminished as well. Obagi is a regimen somewhat like Proactiv, but the treatment is supposed to last 18 weeks, then upkeep.
