Acne scar?

on my cheek, i had to zits in the same spot, and i poped them. yes i know. stupid me. anyways, now it's like permanantly there. i've had it for about half a year, and it hasnt faded that much. is there anyway to get rid of them?

Yes, You can get rid of them. Your still young and your face still has natural oils to repair your skin considering that you take care of it. I used to have severe Cystic pimples. They hurt and leave scars. Someone once told me to apply Pure Vitamin E. oil on it, twice a day for about a month. I washed my face with a mild cleanser(i used Vichy) and patted my face dry and then applied the oil. IT REALLY WORKED! the scars went away. You should also try to eat Salmon and berries because they have been proven to actually improve the skin on your face. Keep yourself hydrated and drink water.

Reply:Get yourself some scar reduction plasters from the pharmacy. All you do is cut a peice of plaster to the size that you need to cover the scar and place this on the skin for about 12 hours. The heat from your skin will absorb into the scar reduction plaster and start to heal the scar. It will take 6 weeks plus to see an improvement but as long as the scar is less than 2 years old you shouldnt have a problem and will see results. I had chicken pox scars and the plasters sorted them out within weeks! Good luck.
