Glycolic acid peels are the best for acne scars. You can order them from amazon. Bath and Body also has one. Just be careful, their are different strengths. Start with a mild one.

I use benzoyl peroxide (I'm "curing" myself--all the trips to the dermatologists did nothing--except dry out my skin) and get it at Walmart all the time. Depending on the Walmart (how small it is, or if you have a superstore--the Walmart where I live is tiny), they should have clean %26amp; clear, etc.

Also, you should check out acne.org--they have a lot of suggestions/message boards on products that have worked for others (or haven't, as the case may be).
Reply:I just saw a commercial for an at home dermabrasion kit. It's made by one of the drugstore brands, so I'm sure you couldb find it at Wal Mart. It has different levels that you progress to and I know professional dermabrasions are used to help with acne scars so it may be worth a shot. I really can't remember who it's made by, but just check out the skincare isle and you'll probably stumble upon it. It was an upright tube and lavender in color, but that's all I remember from the commercial. Best of luck!
Reply:Mederma, it is used for all types of scars, and Walmart carries it. They also have Scarzone, etc. but I don't know how well they work.
Reply:Any product containing benzoyl peroxide will help for spot treatments of pimples when they are active. When the pimple is no longer active - and there is a scar, the best thing to use is any product containing salicylic acid. Neutrogena is a great product line to check out. You can find them at any drugstore and stores like Target and Walmart carry them as well.

Good luck!
