well i have been to the doctor and i told him about a mark on my face. It's been there for a month and the doctor said it was probably an allergic reaction. I claimed that it was an acne scar. It is red and when i touch it it feels soft.

Go see a dermatologist. He/She is an expert in skin conditions and will be able to tell you if it is, indeed, a scar.

Try asking your doctor if it's rosacea. I've heard it gets worse with stress.
