there is no cream or anything else that you can buy at the store that will change the condition of your skin.
sunlight, UV rays, make scars appear worse and so many creams contain sunblock.
Reply:Tri-Luma, it is a prescription or anything with hydroquinone. Both of those have worked for me. If you can't get the prescriptions, try cocoa butter. Always wear sunscreen, so the spots don't get worse.
