I am the same as you and I am so depressed for the past 5 years!!! it destroy my confident and self esteem and don't dare to go out with my friends. I tired many skin care solutions and products but none of them are effective :%26lt;%26lt;





Till last month, I found this site and they recommend a book which I have get rid my acne within 3 days with the instruction given!! I don't believe it as the first place and tot it is a SCAM!! But come to think about it, what else can be worst!!





So I give it a try and the miracle happen!! with the nature method provided in the book, I get rid of my acne which "accompany" me for 5 years!!

Reply:a teaspoon of honey and the same of cinnamon for the pimples and an aloe plant that you can buy for a good price will help any scar and it will last a life time if you take care of it! the honey and cinn just apply a thin layer before bed let dry and go to sleep wash off in the morning.
Reply:Maybe you can get a home acid peel. But really bad pock marks are for life.





But look at that Iranian reporter from CNN. She had the moon on her face and when she got married all of her acne scars disappeared. Maybe write a letter to CNN to see what she had done. I don't think it was a home treatment though.





Don't hurt yourself or make it worse with some Nuage lunatic concoction.
Reply:I hear that putting honey on top of a pimple and then putting a band-aid on it over night helps and then they should be gone in the morning. I haven't tried it but if you do tell me if it works or not!
Reply:Hmm...that's a tough one. There are obviously over-the-counter treatments that can be bought affordably. Anything with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide kills acne bacteria.





It's good to pair bacteria-fighting medication with a good exfoliate. Salt works well as it will dry up oil, just be sure that you still use an oil-free moisrutizer with it or your skin will become too dry and get irritated.





Scarring is admittedly harder to treat. Things like cocoa butter are often used to lessen the appearance of scars, and they are likely to fade a bit on their own over time.

Reply:i know tea tree oil works...ive heard toothpaste a little dab..works!...i know that apple cider vinegar also works. mederma works very very well for scars.!!
Reply:okay so i.m going to tell you from old school an from experience "lemon juice" after you wash your face with some good soap. dry, put lemon juice on it an go to bed. but you have to make sure the acne scare is still open, worked for me. it will sting for a sec but it's good. an for skin tightening egg whites. I'm 30 an still cant buy ciggs w/o Id's PRETTY

Reply:hold on befor u got and order proactive...... I always dose not work for all skin types.........Tooth paste dose not work well eather.......go to walmart or a publix or a drug store and buy noesporen.... apply at night befor bed and wash off in the morning...... i works i am a girl and had problems with this for 3 years and i resantly tryed neosporen for the zits and pimples and i was amazed at the results..... the proactive is what? $19.95 + shipping??? so you're gonna spend about $30 or so dollars on that....Neosporen is 6 dollars a tube....... buy that it works wounderfuly i use is every night and it works.... it not jsut for cuts and scars any more i used triple antibiotic oint ment ( same as neosporen,,,) try that.... it works,
