Questions for ACNE SCARS!!!!?

everyone says to use mederma...retin a...vitamin e.. I really dont know what to use. So what imd oing is asking u people with acne scars what is best! And why and how long it took to heal. Please include what kind of scars u hve and where and how many!thanks! i appreciate it. [ I have tons of red spots on my cheeks and they are horrible.. i just wnat to die....

i tried retin a back in high school.. didn't work.


i am in my 30's now and use PROACTIVE. myface is clearer and the scars are gone.. i would try proactive ..





i use to be very depressed about having acne.. and very embarrased to be around people becuase of my acne (teen/early 20s)


i have been using proactive for almost 5 years now) and myface is clearer than its ever been :)


also drink lots of water, take vitamins and change your pillow case 2-3x a week, tie your hair back at night, use a bandana/scarf, dont sleep with your hair all over .. hair products can break you out as well.


sanitize your phone, cell phone as well. you would be surprised how much dirt/germs are on phones.

I have realy bad acne (used to anyways) But I used Retin A and Vitamin E and most were better in 2-3 months. %26lt;---not that long consitering.

Reply:This acne or pimple and scar removing lotion will help to get rid of acne . China clay powder 鈥?1 tsp, Honey 鈥?陆 tsp, Carrot juice 鈥?陆 tsp, Garlic paste 鈥?录 tsp Mix all the above items to form a lotion, and apply the mask on the pimples. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
