Bio oil can help with scars (from boots).


Vitamin E cream (body shop do some)


Lavender oil can help heal the skin (neals yard)


Sometimes it can look like a spot has left a scar but it's just a purple/brown mark and these will fade over time as they are not scars.


Deep acne scarring may take longer to disappear.


My brother had very bad acne as a teenager but over time his skin cleared up and now all his scars have gone as well.


It may just take a little patience.

Reply:Acne scars a lot of teenagers very badlyand it can take years for them to get over the pain and anguish it caused. Generally over time they get over it though





Councilling may be the best option if you can't get over it naturally
Reply:there is a product in boots like a clear plaster you put on scars, havent heard any results back from it. apart from that not alot im afraid.

Reply:I believe bio oil may help but i found mine just healed over time and now ihave smoothe skin. it may take years b ut its worth the wait it in the end. your not alone and their is plenty of websites out their, good luck sweetness !

I really do recommend it, and you'll start to see a difference in a few weeks, providing you use it in the morning, and before you go to sleep.





I had quite deep acne scars, and without sounding big headed, people can't even tell I suffered from acne.

Reply:OK you are talking to the queen of beauty products (Decent products i might add). If you are looking for removing facial scarring there is only one product id recommend.


Creme de la Mer moisturizing cream, its a modern day miracle. Expensive though, at 拢165 for 60mls, but lasts for roughly 4-6 months. (Invented by a NASA scientist that actually wanted to reduce scarring from burns apparently....so I've heard but don't quote me on that...)
