Acne Scars......... HELP!!!!!!!!!!?

what gets rid of light brown acne scars??? its not that severe but its just like a brown spot thats redish brown.





what would work the best: cocoa butter, vitamin e oil, tea tree oil, or glycolic acid???

Clean the scar first (like you regularly wash it) and use neosporin...whatever you do. DON'T pick at it.. good luck

Reply:i have the same problem. 3 nights a week i use neutrogena's acne mark fading peel- about 12 dollars at walmart. don't use it more than 3 nights a week.





AcneFree has a scar eraser, but it can't be used with salicylic acid so use a plain old soap to wash your face when you use it.





i didn't see very good results from the AcneFree stuff, but that was before i read that it shouldn't be used with salicylic acid. i don't really use it anymore because im too busy trying to fight breakouts.





i saw a nice improvement in my skin using the neutrogena stuff.

Reply:Have you tried to use a micro-dermabrasion system? Simply put, it gets rid of the top layers of the skin (exfoliates deeply) and helps prevent wrinkles too! I used them to get rid of scars, as well as a brown spot that appeared on my cheek from sun exposure. So far I've tried Loreal Micro-dermabrasion, and now I am using Oil of Olay Regenerist MDA - they both work equally well. They all cost about $20, and it's usually a two step process. Good luck!

Reply:mederma works really well, especially on new scars. your not supposed to pop zits, cuz they say it will leave a scar, but i do and put mederma on it afterward and it doesnt leave a scar, but it is kinda expensive.
