Yes, capsules will work but you have to APPLY CAPSULE CONTENTS DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN. I know for a fact that when someone has face surgery or a face lift the doctor tells patient to do precisely this to hasten healing and minimize scarring. Also another very simple, low cost, effective treatment is using an organic oil, or any natural oil. Massage face with it using quite a strong, vigorous motion - that part is important - once a day (best at night as will make face flushed). Reply:a scar is irreversibly damaged skin, and you cannot get rid of scars. you can check with a dermatologist for suggestions on how to help the scars appear less noticeable.
Reply:You can try using creams specially made for scars; a good one is Scar Zone, and I usually rub them into acne scars twice a day for good results.





Another thing that is helpful is the Acne Mark Fading Peel by Neutrogena - it's a clear mask with enzymes that reeduce the scars over time with usage (I usually use it every other day, and leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing).





I'm also told that using an aspirin mask will help with scars - this is made by grinding up some aspirin into fine powder and adding something to help it all glue together, such as water or a gel. Apply to your face, leave it on for awhile and then rinse - the chemicals in the aspirin are supposed to at least make the marks less red, and its a good exfoliant too!
