Acne scars and cover up??

I have some pretty noticeable acne scars and when I put cover up you can still see them..... is there a different type of make up I could use to cover them thats wont irritate my face?? Thanks in advance!!

Okay, i have two great suggestions.


Estee Lauder has an amazing product-- i guarantee you will not be able to see your scars at all. It's a coverup in a small blue tube. It's not cakey like sticks are. It's a smooth liquid. If you put a light powder of it, you wont tell you have it on at all!!





Also, ask your doctor if you can have the cream (not gel!!) of the medicine Tazorac. I guarantee your scars look better. I've been suffering with acne/post acne scars for about 5 years now.

instead of cover-up, try Neutrogena Acne Mark Fading Peel
Reply:You can get green corrector sticks. The green neutralises the red. Then you use your normal foundation over the top. It sounds weird to put green on your face but it works. Also start using something to fade your scars- ask your beautician (and if you dont have one, get one- best investmest you can make is regular facials). I use an Australian brand called Ultraceuticals and their Even Skintone serum fades scars. (www.activeskin.com.au)
